I cannot begin to explain the headache working with Rachelle. She is the crudest, most unprofessional human I have ever dealt with and she if very snide and RUDE!! I am not saying I was a wonderful tenant that always paid on time, but I made sure to pay those late fees each time. That never seemed to be good enough for her - she would respond via text with very curt and rude responses and they were ALWAYS demeaning and very unprofessional. I strongly recommend that prospective tenants read the lease terms very carefully before renting here. Fees like this feel predatory and designed to extract excessive money from tenants rather than address any real administrative cost. In addition to the fee structure, my experience with the office staff has been disappointing. Communication has often been dismissive and unhelpful when trying to resolve concerns.
