I strongly recommend that prospective tenants read the lease terms very carefully before renting here. Fees like this feel predatory and designed to extract excessive money from tenants rather than address any real administrative cost. Had work done through my Rental. They arrived early and worked hard. They were very good at explaining the new equipment.

It's a blessing to not be under Rachelle any longer, I could throw a party. I lived at my old address for 5 years, The first 3 years were amazing, I had no issues with my private landlord Thomas Rogers, then his wife got sick, and he couldn't handle his property any longer, so he hired R&K properties. Just laying here and decided to look and see what Rachelle has available at Rand K properties. And stumbled across the reviews. What I saw there was not my experience. I entered Rand K properties in 2015 looking for a place to live outside of the city. A 42 year old black male with a job working for a forklift company and just been released from prison 2years earlier.
