I had a really good experiance with this guy. I bought a second home in Irvine in 2009 and I rented it. He has a lot of skills and always help for his customer. Absolutely I highly recommend this realtor.
Please be careful. I had worst experience in my life with this realtor. I was a first home buyer and was looking for Korean speaking realtor. He was a guy near. I was searching home with Robby and d ecided to buy townhouse in Aliso Viejo. When we offered, he suggested to make an offer higher price than listing price.
