I underestimated raccoons until one chewed through my soffit like it was a snack. The crew was relentless—tracked it, trapped it, and fixed the damage. Worth every penny.
HORRIBLE and rude. Called today to ask for help with a sick / dying racoon. Stated it would be 350 dollars plus tax and I said how another wildlife company said they charged 150 he rudely cut me off before I could finish my sentence and hung up on me. Would never ever call or trust them. Beyond unprofessional, rude and unhelpful.
A visit that should have taken 30 minutes took over an hour because the technician was overly chatty and had commentary on everything in my house, tracked wet footprints through the house and reeked of cigarettes, took apart the furniture and threw all pillows, cushions, and blankets on the now-wet floor, then drew up a quote that was almost three times more expensive than the company we ended up going with. The doctor is very knowledge and nice. But I don't like their customer service. They have very bad follow up. They won't call you back with the dog blood result, I have to call couple times and the vet is also busy and finally the front desk called me back and said everything is ok. Also the vet said my dog need to have teeth clearing and told me that they have a new machine coming in and someone will call me when the machine came. But of course they never called me back. Terminix came out and tore my furnace apart said it would be an obscure amount of money to treat my home and then left and never reached out again 0/10 do not call them
