I would like to thank Rebecca & Kevin so much for our new gate it is fantastic!!!! from the moment I spoke with Rebecca and Kevin it felt as if I was talking to a family member, they took the time to explain that our current gate opener did not have the power to continue working correclty and repairing it would cost more money, and it was best to upgrade the gate to one with the correct power to work efficiently. Horrible!
R & K came out to repair my old gate. They were very knowledgeable and friendly unlike other gate companies I have used. Kevin found the problem quickly replaced the gate operator. They do quality work and clean up their mess when they are done. The only downside is that they are VERY busy and can be difficult to schedule.
I have to say R&K has to be the best company I have used. They are quick reliable and does excellent work. Rebecca is very easy to work with and makes sure everything is detailed and accurate and Kevin works on and fixes the gates very quickly and very well. When using R&K gates I know that the job is done once and I never have the same issue twice..
