Very disappointed in this company. I was with out ac for 7 days told no husband they'd be at my house Thursday to change part, no phone call or anything I had to call the Monday to get there to come change and not once but twice the ceiling of my 3 year olds room started leaking! No stars from me
RK in my opinion is by far the best. The Service is honest and the service technician is honest, respectful and gets the job done. This company may be small but if they keep doing the amazing job that they do, it will grow. RK will always make sure that the customer is satisfied completely. They're not the type of company that you have to call back over and over for different things. Once they fix something they do it right the first time.
