Worst customer service!! Purchased a new home where Rick had installed a new system. During inspection the unit was found faulty, where R&K performed service. We arrived and no heat! I called and spoke with rick on Friday. He stated he was working on a job and would come by after. Friday evening I texted rick to find out he wasn’t coming until Saturday.
