I got a new AC installed in 2021. The AC worked however there was an issue initially with the cooling it wasn’t consistent that summer. I had them out to check on it a few times and it required repaired. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it so it went on working fine during the summer. r&K replaced all 4 of the 5-ton units at our commercial property. Excellent service, price and quality of workmanship. We use their residentail Branch, FIGHVAC for our house as well.

I contacted the office to schedule an estimate for a four ton AC. They told me the person doing estimates was gone for the day but would return the next morning. I called three times the next day and spoke with the secretary. I was told the person had not come in yet and in the third call I was told the person would not be coming in for the day and he would contact me after the weekend. At which point I was never contacted on Monday. Very poor customer service, even if they have a busy schedule. I told the person that recomm... read more
