Great experience! Bianca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the other lady at the front desk was nice as well. Dr. Collins was cordial and explained everything thoroughly. Special shout-out to Bailey, though—she was amazing! She really knows her stuff and took the time to explain everything to me while helping me work through my nervousness about getting my wisdom teeth removed. I truly appreciate how patient and reassuring she was throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend this office!
My experience with Dr. Collins and staff was probably as good as oral surgery can go. Kind, competent and compassionate care from everyone, an almost painless and shockingly fast procedure(in the good sense), nice aftercare with checkup phone calls and an easy healing process. A bit more expensive than some other offices I called, but the level of care was worth it in my opinion.
I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Collins is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and appointments are handled efficiently with minimal wait times. I appreciate the genuine concern shown for my comfort and dental health.
