My son was in pain over a week from his wisdom teeth even his own dentist couldn't work him in the week it started but once we did get in and they did x-rays and were told to contact a oral surgeon I called 4 with no luck of getting him in before may and that was just a consultant even though we knew the issue already but R. Terrible experience as a second time patient. Waited over two hours past my appointment time with no acknowledgement from the staff about extended wait time. I was able to clearly hear in great detail, the staff as they bad mouthed patients and the doctor as he carried on personal conversations while running two hours behind schedule. There is no transparency in the fees charged as there’s no good faith estimate provided prior to service.
