We are still waiting for R Jang to give the recycling company a key for pickup. The bins were already overflowing back on March 21st and more than a month later, they still have done nothing to correct the issue. I have no idea why my strata continues to use these incompetent people who can't fulfill very simple tasks like copying a key. If you're looking for a new strata management company, do not engage with these people , there will only be heartbreak and disappointment
As a strata council member, I have little faith in R. Jang as a reliable strata management agent company. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Horrible. I have to jump through hoops to give them my money. They don't respond to emails in a timely fashion. The worst business in Canada.
