Dr Jim is fantastic! He really is a rare find nowadays in a provider. He genuinely cares for his patients. He is a great listener -who provides honest and realistic treatment options. I had gone to him consistently for a year then lost insurance. Came back after not visiting for 2 years and he didn’t skip a beat. I don’t feel like a number at this office. Dr. Ottomeyer and his staff are greater than wonderful, The staff are very helpful and welcoming, they really made me feel at home from the very first minute I got in.
