They are contracted by our HOA to perform our annual inspections. Our last inspection done October 2022 said we needed our tanks pumped. Following their recommendations, scheduled for our tanks to be pumped. The measured levels in all of our tanks, late October 2022, weren’t even close to the necessary level to be pumped. This has been a similar experience from others in our neighborhood.

Randy, the previous owner, was fantastic and gave me a lot of free advice about my BioBarrier system even though he had already retired and sold his business to Bayshore. So far I've had good experience with Bayshore as well.
Incredibly friendly owner that spent time explaining a system on a possible home purchase when he didn’t have to.
