First appointment ever at Dr . Rowes office & the front desk receptionist was nice . The problem came in when Dr. Rowe called me to the back . He did not introduce himself but instead says “ go & have a seat over there “ . So I say ok & I sit in the exam chair . Then he says ‘ “ you wear glasses ? “ I answered yes . Everyone in the office was very nice, but I paid almost $500 for glasses and sun glasses and my perscription was so off I dont know if it was the place that made the glasses or my eye exam, I made an app there because I wanted to go to a doctor's office and not a store, now I have to pay for more glasses, never again.
Dr. Rowe is very knowledgeable and professional.i have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. His staff are very friendly and helpful.
Dr Rowe has been my eye doctor for years he's very professional and a caring man that cares about his patience and I recommend him highly
Very pleasant experience. Dr. Rowe is very nice. He saw both me and my husband at the same time and he has great taste in choices in glasses. We loved what he picked out for us. The staff was very friendly and very quick with appointments. Thank you so much for wonderful experience.A calm peaceful atmosphere.
