Have contacted them multiple times about one of there properties, Only gotten one reply but it was a automatic email reply . They don’t answer or give calls back . Unprofessional realtor
We rented a house in Riverwalk thru RJ Rentals for our daughter and two of her friends who attended ECU. They rented the house for two years. When we moved them out we cleaned the house very good. I know because I helped. The lady we dealt with from RJ told us they would do a walk thru after we were moved out not with us. When we called to inquire about the security deposit refund she informed us we would not be getting the entire deposit back because it wasn't clean. That was pure BS.
