From day one that I contacted Jeff everything went great. I told him I would be there at a certain time had the machine powered up checked it out and the next day it shipped to me. I would go back again if I’m ever looking for another southwest Industries. Thanks again Jeff.

Disappointing sales philosophy. I ask them for a quote on a machine that was on their website. I asked, "Please no phone calls at this time", email only. My email had our company name and my title so they knew I was real and not just competitor phishing for the price. The reason no phone calls, I'm working from home, not at office to answer phone, and I'm getting budget numbers for Board Meeting, so really just need the advertised machine price. To rebuttal the above review from Windi Hale. R&J Machinery Sales, Inc. has a spotless reputation and is well know in the Buying and Selling of Used Metalworking Machinery. R&J Machinery Sales, Inc. is the largest Used Southwestern Industries Reseller (Prototrak) in the country. R&J sold a Used Mill to a company Custom Machine Works LLC and Windi Hale is an employee. The machine was personally picked up and inspected by CMW LLC and everything was satisfactory, CMW LLC gave us a Cashier's Check and we loaded the machine on th... read more
Be very cautious when purchasing machinery from this company. They sale you machines that are missing critical parts and when you call about them you receive a return email from Jeff Bruce SR saying he does not care. The 5 day start up warranty is no good! I am also reporting to the BBB.
