Called them and made an appointment. They even confirmed through text that they were coming. I waited the whole day and no one showed up and no one even responds to the text messages. Seems not a reliable company to do business with.
I have been trying to get R&J to come complete the irrigation at Lottivue Riverside Woods for about one month. They committed to come look at the area not complete, but never showed up or call. Now they don’t even return phone calls. So, the reviews that I read as a 1, seem to be very accurate. I did not want to do this, but it’s the only way to get their attention. At this rate they will be out of business soon. It is obvious that the good reviews were filled out from within.
please stay away , too expensive , they ripped me off …
Worst customer service and the rudest technician ever! Did not finish the job and blocked our driveway while working on the neighbor's yard not allowing me to move my car to pickup my child!! Will not recommend them to anyone and will be looking for another company next year.
