So friendly, fast service, and incredibly reasonably priced. Will use for all future septic needs!
Phenomenal service start to finish. Called the office to set up an appointment and had a wonderful conversation with the staff member (informative, patient, friendly). Then, the person who came out to pump the septic tank was possibly the best service provider I have ever worked with. He was highly capable, helpful and went above and beyond to help me understand the process and how to maintain my system. I will recommend RJ Laconbe to everyone.

What a wonderful friendly and professional company with superb customer service! From the moment Kim answered the phone and promptly called back with a scheduled time, to Blake showing up right on time and explaining, in a pleasant and courteous manner, what he was going to inspect and do, and walking me through everything I need to know for preventive maintenance, I was very impressed!
Moved to the area 4 years ago and have used Lacombe twice now based on a neighbor's recommendation. First year I wasn't sure where the septic tank was and they helped me find it and dig it out for me (the digging obviously cost a little extra). This year I dug it out in advance and was out of town when they came. They had no issue pumping without me home and just leaving a bill.
