Moved to the area 4 years ago and have used Lacombe twice now based on a neighbor's recommendation. First year I wasn't sure where the septic tank was and they helped me find it and dig it out for me (the digging obviously cost a little extra). This year I dug it out in advance and was out of town when they came. They had no issue pumping without me home and just leaving a bill. RJ Lacombe is known for being the best septic company in Groton, and my experience vouches for that. Always quick service, and Bob Lacombe is a good honest businessman. He suggested I could save some $$$ by doing my own digging to find the tank openings. When he arrived, he snaked my sewer line to clear the clog for a reasonable fee and saved me a lot of money compared to the plumbers. Bob’s knowledge of septic systems is tremendously valuable, too. Highly recommend!

My pump alarm went off at 11 am Christmas eve. Called Lacombe 20 mins later a crew of 2 showed up and emptied both of my tanks. Great service and very reasonable. We would have had to change our Christmas plans if it wasn't for these guys
