We had drainage issues. RJ Kielty was assigned by our warranty provider. The issue was not an easy fix; however, Mannie spent hours doing everything he could to no avail. He returned with a camera to find the problem. By the time he left issue was fixed, additional concerns addressed, and future paths for any issues planned. All plumbing work for this house will be with Mannie and RJ Kielty plumbing.
This company did the plumbing install for our new home. After closing, we realized one of the bathroom sinks was leaking, and since it was under warranty, we called to have repairs made. The first dispatcher I spoke to ignored when I said it was under warranty and sent out a tech from their repair department, who then tried to charge us for the repair. If you want to kill a full 9 hour day waiting around for someone to show up and maybe perform a service, then this company is for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
