Very rude servicemen that finally came to fix furnace. I wouldn't hire this company due to poor attitude towards customers.
Repairman was great!! Overall very, very pleased!!! Quick response time!!!
Poor service. I was told someone would contact me to come to my house and they never did. I ended up going to another company to get service done.
UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: Poor communication. They represented they would come out to measure for a new furnace install. No inspection, load calculations or measurements taken as they only wanted the model and serial number. I wasted my time and gas meeting them after they had no intention to perform the represented necessity for coming out.
