Justin was prompt in arriving and quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner! He was not in the business of selling me a new HVAC system but just wanted to get me back on me feet and on the road again. The unit was installed by RJ Heating and Cooling in 2003 and when it needs to be replaced (hopefully not this year) I will be calling them!

We hired R.J. Heating & Cooling to look at our rooftop A/C unit because there was no cooling in our business. The technician checked the rooftop unit and said there was no power. I showed him all of the breakers related to the HVAC. All of the breakers were working. SInce there was no power, there was nothing he could do. We paid for the "service" and he left. Justin L just came by and was very knowledgeable. He explained all of his diagnostic work in detail, and even recommended to us when we would need servicing. We ended up denying a cleaning, and he was on his way after we paid the diagnostic fee. Very professional, courteous, and all around I feel like I’m on top of our A/C unit now. Thank you, Justin!
