They tied the gas meters with different units so completely fxxxed up all the units' bills. Which means they even didn't do a one second test for it. Another problem is they suddenly showed up and changed the gas meters without reading the meters. No common sense and I feel like they tried to cover it up. Pathetic.
Didn’t perform thorough leak check after turning on gas and relighting appliances. We noticed a smell after the service but didn’t know what it was so we didn’t report it immediately. A mold remediation contractor suggested it may be a gas smell, a few months later and that was confirmed by FortisBC. Whole thing could have been avoided if a comprehensive leak check had been done initially instead of the tech being in and out of there in 5 minutes. Hate writing bad reviews, but receptionist was unnecessarily rude.
