This company was hired to install 8 very expensive doors for a brand new subdivision. Some doors exceeded $16,000 each. Not only were they rude to my customers when they had concerns over adjustments to these new doors but they want to charge them to come out to “assess the issue”. They were a nightmare from the start. Including getting paid in advance and not delivering for months later. Wouldn’t even come out to install exterior moldings. I worked directly with Ray and Cathy who were amazing from the minute I spoke with them. Then I had Joe who is very knowledgeable and Eric swap out everything in my garage from doors, motors, railings, sensors and keypads which they explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Their communication is top notch and this is the second house i’ve used them for my garage doors. I wouldn’t go with any other company!!! If you need a company to work on anything with your garage doors, i’d highly recommend them!

Had a really great experience with R & J today. They installed two new garage door openers, springs, rollers, pullies, etc. They did a great job, the Techs were great guys. Very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend.

Great staff and upfront with prices. They did a awesome job .showed you all parts before they changed them .I highly recommend them.they showed up early and kept the work site cleaned and safe . explained everything to you and answered all questions and showed you how to use new garage door opener.wish I could of gave more then a 5 star
