R&J Garage Doors has done two separate jobs for me, both were great. First job was to replace a spring in and program a garage door, work done in under an hour, great price, great service. The second and Big job they did was they replaced two hurricane rated garage doors with lifts and remotes down in the Keys under a permit. This company is great, fair priced, and a great asset to the community.
What a great experience with RJ garage doors. I got three different estimates. They beat every single one of them. They came in a timely fashion. Got the job done correctly with an unbeatable price. This company was hired to install 8 very expensive doors for a brand new subdivision. Some doors exceeded $16,000 each. Not only were they rude to my customers when they had concerns over adjustments to these new doors but they want to charge them to come out to “assess the issue”. They were a nightmare from the start. Including getting paid in advance and not delivering for months later. Wouldn’t even come out to install exterior moldings. My door had some issues closing. The technician came but basically did nothing saying that the door was damaged and we needed a new one. He obviously collected their flat $125 feet for his 5 minute visit. The owner came and confirmed that the door needed replacement showing some photos of issues, but these damages were already existing before and it was operating fine. Today I took a look myself and clean the sensors which now makes the door operate OK. I am asking for a refund of the $125 but no response yet. AVOID!
FANTASTIC service. VERY nice to speak to on the phone & the service men too. & FAST. Came out right away. NEAT. Prompt. GREAT experience when I have used them. Call them. Don't even hesitate!! I would give 6 stars if I could. Actually 10. Thank you R&J Garage!!
