Absolute worst property management group. They could absolutely care less about their tenants. The pool is rarely open and usually green, there's poisonous vines growing throughout the entire complex , the sprinklers only work at half the properties ( shockingly work great at the homes of those on the board ) these people are crooked corrupt and just take your money and don't do anything with it but line their own pockets

He is by far the worst, If you want to constantly be harrassed, play favorites, and OVER CHARGE people for things, such as association fees and fines. He's your guy...
