Jeannine has the worst customer service, and is extremely rude every time I come here. I used to visit a few times a week and now it’s maybe once every few months. They really need better customer service at the front desk… Kat in fresh cuts is amazing and so are the supply reps
I see all these comments about friendly staff, yet I feel the general public should be aware of just how said staff is treated. Supposedly, this business has no formal training program and management treats the employees poorly. Additionally, their HR "department" seems to need a refresher on how to properly take action when choosing to terminate an employee and not allow them to conduct wrongful terminations.
