Beth Allen was the best landlord I had out of the four apartments I lived in during my time at FSU. The Indian Village unit was one of the nicest ones in the neighborhood and you could tell Beth cared about maintaining it at a high standard! She has great maintenance workers and was on top of answering our questions and concerns. I would have resigned if I had another year of school!

We first met Rob and Beth Allen in 1990 while our daughter was a Freshman at FSU. They presented us with the opportunity to purchase a unit for her to live in the remainder of her time at FSU that was large enough to rent space to other students that would cover the mortgage and utilities. I have had many business dealings that are good and a few that are great. Beth Allen is GREAT. Beth was instrumental in helping us purchase a condo in Tallahassee. She also continued to work with us after our purchase, over the years when issues or questions arose. We had such a wonderful experience when we bought our home, we contracted her three years later when it was time to sell. Beth has been instrumental in purchase, and property management for us. We have completed long distance transactions without a glitch! We have had her one on one attention every time! Her knowledge of the area, wide sweeping network of colleagues, contractors, and service companies, is amazing. This is a person that considers all factors in a situation, and does the right thing for everyone. I would recommend Without hesitation!!!
