If anyone I know who’s mobile home needs work they will get parts from MAIRS MOBILE HOME in SA because management is RUDE and have Bad Customer Service and the pathetic immature girl refused to give me her name!!! My husband is a very reputable contractor and knows how to measure storm doors the immature girl that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude! Horrible ... he told me & my husband (both disabled veterans whom served our country for a total of 31 years on active duty) that he didn't care that our dog was a service dog..he told us to get 'it' out of here. Ironically, the last customer that was leaving MAD warned us 'the customer service here is terrible.' We should have listened to that customer. Please pray for this business owner. He must really be hurting inside to Scream & Yell at his customers like this. God forgives him, so we must forgive him.
Heather was very nice and helpful when we came in to purchase windows. They had the replacement windows we needed in stock and the price was better than it would've cost to just replace the glass. We will definitely be back.
R&H does a great job of supplying the material that we need and when we need. Always personable and professional with that down home friendly service. Mark and Heather are worth dealing with and M Rand and our staff highly recommend them
