Second time renting from Mr. Hetzel, and it's always been a great experience. Very professional, and always keeps his properties in great shape, and takes good care of everything.
I have rented a couple of properties from Hetzel Properties. Rick is the most professional landlord we have ever had! Our home and apartment was very clean and well taken care of. Whenever we spoke with Rick or his staff they always told us to never hesitate to call with any issues. They handle ever issue like it was their home.
