I used to like this place but after today I’m extremely irritated. I made an appointment for 11:15 and when I showed up, I kid you not, the door was locked and nobody was there. I called the office just in case and it went to voicemail. Good to know they don’t care about patients or show up for work
This place used to be good but it's just been downhill. Something has to be wrong with the facility itself because people drop like flies. New staff , new doctors like how are patients suppose to be ok with having new doctors every yr !? Probably going to be my last time coming here because it's getting to be exhausting changing doctors u thought u can get used to. This what happens when its free and convenient.
No one answers the phone. I had to call corporate to make an appointment and to follow up on my son's Rx not being sent to pharmacy and to receive copy of referral. Used to be a great practice but after multiple re-brands and physician turn-over- we had to leave.
I tried to make a couple of appointments but all I get is a answering machine. I leave a massage telling them that I'm out of medication and need to make an appointment but no call back for two weeks so far.What is the problem with this doctors office are they closed down ? Just let people know so we can get are medication so we can live .
I have tried making an appointment three times and I have not received a phone call back. I would not recommend this place at all.
