Just wanted to add my support to that of others. Finding a new mechanic is always a problem: Are thy competent? Will I be gouged on prices or for needless repairs. I followed the advice of a friend to try R & H. Happy I did.!
I avoided writing this review for a while because I don’t like knocking businesses down. First, they couldn’t figure out how to put my Jeep into neutral without the book…you guys can’t do a simple google search? It’s incredibly easy to figure out. So they literally did the work outside in their parking lot and charged me extra for it. They never changed the oil but changed my meter to show it was at 100%, and claimed to have changed it when I called to inquire. Went to this shop today to have a steering knuckle replacement left my vehicle for the day and they took care it for me excellent service and very fair prices.Thanks to John and Bob will definitely be back!
