Be aware of this company. Sadly they will most likely keep your deposit . During covid times they do not stand by their good tenants . I lost my job and had to unexpectedly move which was at the end of my lease anyways . I had asked if we could do a month to month but didn’t sign any paper yet before I took it back . So I lost my job and had to move and on top they charged me for a whole month worth of rent that I didn’t use and wasn’t part of any signed paper . The company is very detailed oriented,any and all charges were all justified and backed up with photos,in my case. Luckily,I could afford to pay their fees,but my questions were answered professionally and politely. The ladies in this office are top notch. Kudos for a great job,a very difficult job that the team at RH mosier do well.
