Excellent service. Explained what he did. Appreciated his help.
Tried to resolve a bill with them privately. This bill was regarding last minute cancellations. Really no proof that I signed a contract and no follow up or resolution. When I told the billing rep that he couldn’t legally charge me for a cancellation fee, he asked if I was a lawyer and if I was qualified to interpret the law. Quite off putting. I am obligated to share my experience publicly. Still waiting to get a call back from the owner.
The company shared they would reach out. They never did.
Absolutely terrible with communication and service. 3 times a technician has come out to fix a commercial ac unit. Been since July they cant seem to be on the same page. Came out 3 times and used parts we needed on a different ac unit. Now we’re waiting again another round for them to “order” the parts. I gave them the benefit of doubt but now it’s the 4th time!! They need to come out. So waiting again on parts.
