In less than 1 year I had a problem with a new furnace & AC unit and called for service. I left a message and never received a return call. I called multiple times with the phone ringing for minutes without answering. When I called from another number, I was sent to voice mail again. No response to text message. I called them for a repair because they had installed the unit originally 3 years ago. Never had calls returned so I called someone else a to help. Plus I learned the original work was not done well

This company install a heater last year it worked for one week after calling them several times to came to fix it they came and again it only worked for a few days now they don,t answer our calls unless is from another phone number. This company is unprofessional they are deceiving people and taking hard earn money giving you in return a product that is only trash.
