I called about a rental property that was available on a Wednesday. They had just dropped price to 250 less that what they had it for the day before so called on my lunch break. The receptionist started out kind and verified I would qualify as excellent credit, rental history, and income over required amount. She then said okay pet deposit is $$$. Unprofessional and threatening behavior I had a very negative experience with R H Cooke & Associates, Inc. The realtor I dealt with was rude and unprofessional, and he tried to intimidate us by making threats when we didn’t do what he wanted. This behavior was completely inappropriate and made the situation very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company. His name was Stoddard Hodgson
Alli Tompkins flat out lied to me and my fiancé and misled us about a condo we were 3 days away from moving into. During the process she was unprofessional, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy. Rent elsewhere unless you want to be strung along and deceived. We viewed a rental property, loved it, and applied. We even negotiated a 6 month lease with the owner and I signed it.
