Never had such a terrible experience with a company, I applied for a place sent MULTIPLE forms of income including my bank statements which I’ve never! Been asked for before and after days of giving these people everything they asked for they falsely denied me with a FALSE credit score and saying they’re unable to verify my income because I’m self employed? WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN SPOKANE!!! If I could give lower, I would. This is hands-down the most discriminatory rental company in Spokane, not only are each of their properties the definition of the “landlord special“ these glorified slumlords practice some of the most predatory renting practices I’ve seen in town. Their properties are all heavily overpriced, severely rundown, and simply not cared about. Glad to be done with them once and for all.
