So I was asked to call RG Therapy Services after leaving physical therapy. I did. A very polite sounding young lady answered the phone. I explained i was told to call and set up wound care. She said she would transfer me over to intake . (whatever that is) the phone rang what seemed like forever. Then. ! It happened.
