Unfortunately, not a professionally run company. Full of promises that are not kept... quarterly inspections? I dont think so ! Customer service.... Definitely not! Contacting the only person who can make decisions is impossible. He will give you his cell phone number, but he will never answer it. You can leave messages but he will never reply to them. The office manager promises that the big boss will call, but unless you are a prospective new client or prospective renter the call will be on his time frame not yours... more... read more
This company is VERY unprofessional. I m not sure when they actually work in the Columbia office, but good luck EVER trying to reach anyone there. They don t answer phones, their voicemails are constantly full, and if by chance you do get someone on the line, they are clueless and always promise to call you back . It never happens. The Greenville office doesn t seem much better as they rarely know whats going on with the Columbia office. I m not sure how they stay in business--but rest assured, i ll never deal with them agai... read more
