Jordan is FANTASTIC! I ordered my jewelry from CA and he made the process so easy and seamless. His communication and responsiveness was almost immediate. He addressed all my concerns given that I wasn't able to physically see or try on the diamonds and styles. My ring turned out beautifully and when it didn't fit he so graciously sent me a label to have it shipped back to him to re-size and I got it back a couple days later. Jordan was Incredible to work with. He helped me design my Engagement ring and was very attentive to all the details I wanted.
