Very helpful and encouraging. Also, gave us some ideas I haven't heard in the 2 and 1/2 years I've been rowing.
Alex is the best and the lake view is special. Don't let anyone steal that great space ! Also used to enjoy the weekend sunset classes during the winter... Perfect exercise for older joints.

I love Rō! The instructors are friendly and helpful. The workouts are fair and satisfying. Good location with plenty of parking.
