On time and so professional.. This cleaner did such a nice job to my rugs, carpets and ottoman.. They look NEW! He really worked hard to get all the stains out and it came up a treat.. Thank you! Will be calling again.. Amazing and fast service at reasonable price!
THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT THAT HE WAS 30-40 OUT! GUESS WHAT: HE ARRIVED IN 35 MINUTES! WE HAVE AN OVERSIZED ROOM THAT HAD TRAFFIC SPOTS, TWO RECLINING SOFAS, A ROCKER RECLINER AND A RECLINING CHAISE, ALL IN MICROFIBER! TOTAL COST WAS REASONABLE! THANK YOU!

The guys from R & F Midtown East Carpet Cleaning were real pros. They cleaned our carpet and did a very good job. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. It was nice having them in our apartment. We shall definitely use this company services again.
I can't recommend this company enough. they were very personable and professional, and most of all, very thorough. Totally resurrected our old carpeting. I will never call a different carpet cleaner!
