Usually they are pretty good. I can find more parts here when the hig box stores don't carry them or are out of stock even if it is at a higher cost. However the reason for 3 stars is that the one time I needed to return an item (I had a receipt) 11 days after purchase the first thing the guy said was....."you opened this' and when I said no I didn't he said something about a staple. I know this is the Internet and you have to take things with a grain of salt, but the only thing I did after purchase was have it in my vehicle... read more
