Firstly, Dr Rizvi is a great doctor! He's got a calming energy and he really knows his craft. His front desk staff and nurses are also very patient, calm, and humourous. They get a 5star review from me! However, the problem lies with the office's outdated measures and digital systems that make appointments take way longer than the competition. Please dont go to this doctor. The service here is terrible. I went 1 for my first appointment and doctor verbally increased the dose. Never put in any refills or anything for any of my medications. Also, gave me blood work which i was not able to get it done bc it requires me to do fasting. And due to the increased dose every morning i get low blood sugar, which i also let the front desk lady know.
