A contract was made with ***** the owner October 2023. Several attempts have been made to reach them to see when they are going to start the work on my garage. They have not responded to any of my message.The roof on my garage needs to be replaced as soon as possible in order to get homeowners insurance.A response is required as soon as possible.
We dealt with ************** field contact too after receiving multiple quotes from other companies. We agreed to the work that was recommended for the downspouts and took a check to the office since they do not have any electronic payments available. We had to make multiple calls to schedule the work because the contact suddenly departed the company. It took a month to schedule the work. We had a roof leak. After getting two quotes from other roofers, we discovered R Eck had done our roof 9 years prior for a previous owner but the contract contained a transferrable 10 year water penetration guarantee. After contacting the company, we were put in touch with Hildebrand. He claimed the company had no obligation to us and that the guarantee was over even though there was still a full year left on it.
