TLDR - Reds Auto Mechanic parked my car with the bumper shoved into a curb, broke a clip, bowed it out, and then denied responsibility — even after we both heard the scraping as I backed it off in front of them. What Happened - I brought my car in for a coolant leak. When I came to pick it up on Monday, they had parked it with the bumper shoved into a curb, breaking one of the clips and bowing the bumper outward.
