UPDATE: The new sales manager gave me wrong information, so disregard the paragraph on the warranty. But do know note that Ben Kleis mom and wife are now adding fake reviews on facebook (and possibly other places) posing as customers, in place of my review that was deleted. Stay away from Ben Kleis.
Worst dealer ever. I drove from Grand Rapids to purchase their 2016 Ford Transit-350 XLT, Vin number: 1FBZX2CG1GKA11213. I was shocked at closer inspection to find a rusted drywall screw holding on the driver-side rear fender, the driver side lower trim piece completely flapping, dents, scratches that were not disclosed. Worse than that, they played dumb on these issues, even though they have had it for over 4 months and have been driving it as their personal shuttle bus.
