They do not care about their tenants, I dont understand why these companies continue to work for families. They dont care. Tenant of a mold infested, falling apart, appliance broken unit. Wont let me upgrade to a bigger unit. We are probably one of the cleanest tenants in their complexes. Living in a cramped 3 bedroom handicap unit (thats better for a handicap family that could use it mind you) its smaller than a 2 bedroom trailer. Great company, they have always done great work, and I was sorry to see them go. The staff is incredibly helpful, and bends over backwards to meet your needs.
Absolutely awful people to deal with! They pick and choose who follows the lease.. One person, they will tow your car in 7 days if there is no registration, while another they will let have 2 unworking, unregistered, unispected cars stay for 2 years! The "riff Raf" is awful. They have mold in every apartment I have lived in. Mice are everywhere. Fleas are everywhere.. And hopefully nothing breaks, because they never have enough money to fix. They moved us into a mold infested apartment, when I became ill they offered us 2 other apartments both with the same issues and 1 included mice. Many tenants know of this, some cannot afford to move. R&E has known about this problem maybe for decades. Mold kills, blinds and attacks certain cells in the brain. I lost a lot of my belongings and received no help from them or Mr. Brady the towns health inspector. My renters insurance Assurant from out of Fla. Thou Geico opted not to help me. Stay safe, and stay away!
