Dr Spencer was very professional and respectful and very kind and patient. And also had a wonderful selection of frames for new glasses and also excepts medical too.
People say the doc is rude, but I believe he has a serious psychological problem. He always wears a mask and wants you to do so also. He seems very erratic and troubled, I see a lot of suffering in that man. Does he care about you? Not really. I don't know what he cares about, maybe it's just to get you out of the door. I don't think he knows why he does what he does. He doesn't talk @ all except when necessary. Does the job
Very professional. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was pleasant, as were my two sons. Prompt and thorough. Would recommend to anyone
