Company installed used gfi’s and receptacles yet charged full price as if they installed new ones will not be going through this company’s services again. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are re using circuit breakers or other parts.

RD White installed all the electrical work on my new home and a complete Savant system. I contacted them for an upgrade on the Savant in April. I waited…… I continued to call them for a quote for NINE months. No response, until I finally contacted the builder. RD mailed me a quote in December…..Still waiting on parts. They are a tech company yet do not accept credit cards or use email. Correspondence is through snail mail or hand delivery. What decade is this? I am very unsatisfied with their lack of customer service.
