My experience at this place was great. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will consider getting a membership here.

Great customer service. Me and my wife walked in for the first time and, we were greeted with lots of respect. After a couple questions and, a short video we filled out some paperwork, watched a safety video. Bought amo rented safety gear ear protector and goggles at a reasonable price. Two boxes of amo later we walked out with satisfaction written all over our smiley faces.
I have been shooting at R&D every week for the last 5 years .All you have to do is follow the rules and you will have fun. The manger is there to help you and Keep the other shooters safe
Follow the rules and you won’t have problems. The rules are there for a good reason, wether you like them or not.
This place is amazing and everyone work there are complete professionals and very nice people ! and the people go there to shoot are very friendly too ! The place is always clean and the safety for the people are there shooting is 200% ! Thanks to all the staff !
My experience today was unpleasant, and that’s an understatement. There is a way to enforce your rules in a more respectful manner. I understand that safety is the number one priority at all shooting ranges. But the way I was approached and reprimanded about the rules on eyewear was very disrespectful. I barley stepped one foot into the shooting area WHILE putting on my eyewear, and was instantly yelled at by staff.
