We came to nags head for vacation and in less than 24 hours we saw a lot of leaking fluid, immediately thought it was our vehicle and due to it being red in color thought we had a transmission leak. What great customer service this place has. I have avoid two accidents from their employees and both times I called they played dumb like they don't known who what when or where. Then on top of that both times I have been hung up on by the "manager". If this is how they cover up negligence by their employees with no have care or consideration for the community that helps support them then just imagine what they are doing when we can't see like purchasing a car and working on your car. Just bought a 2023 Bronco Sport, I love the car. It handles great and looks fantastic. The dealership gave me a good deal and they kept me informed on the delivery date. I’m already adding some chrome to the car.
We had 2 blow outs on camper stop by there to have tires replaced they were the nicest people ever and were super fast I would definitely recommend them any service you may need
