What great customer service this place has. I have avoid two accidents from their employees and both times I called they played dumb like they don't known who what when or where. Then on top of that both times I have been hung up on by the "manager". If this is how they cover up negligence by their employees with no have care or consideration for the community that helps support them then just imagine what they are doing when we can't see like purchasing a car and working on your car. Just bought a 2023 Bronco Sport, I love the car. It handles great and looks fantastic. The dealership gave me a good deal and they kept me informed on the delivery date. I’m already adding some chrome to the car.
Big time service and small time courtesy!! While we were visiting the area for a few weeks, our 2021 F-150 had check engine and service vehicle soon messages. We didn’t want to take a chance on traveling back home without having it checked. Crystal understood our time restraints and was able to schedule us with first available. We traveled to OBX from the Philly area a few days ago for vacation and after we parked at our house, I noticed some oil drops on the ground from our F150. I stopped in at R D Sawyer this morning to see if they could take a quick look or see when I can bring it back to get it checked.
