I bought this house there were no keys for the side door only the front door and this Robert guy instead of getting keys from the owners Prior to the closing he came after the closing to replace and put new locks on the side door which he didn’t know how to even do properly he said it was the wrong lock he had to go back to Home Depot he later texted me and said they don’t have that lock for the door and then it became my problem to fix the locks totally unprofessional I complained about it and he said I was being Rude which... read more
