I took my Hayabusa here today to get new tires mounted and balanced. They were very pleasant and professional. I’m very happy with the quality of work that was performed and I will be a returning customer.
I needed service for my Yamaha and called the usual suspects all with very unsatisfying results. I took a chance on R & D. Husband and wife team – he’s a first rate mechanic and she has more technical expertise and manages business & customer service better than any I have encountered (and I’ve been riding 50+ years). Going up to Glen Burnie saved me hundreds of $ over the number I got from the dealer, and they didn’t even laugh at me for riding around on a threadbare tire.
Second trip to R&D. This time they installed a second battery on my new boat. They prewired breakers in for a future amplifier. Gave me many tips on certain things and was extremely knowledgeable. They have my business for life. Everyone involved at R&D is extremely professional, recommend to anyone with boats, jet skis and whatever power sport you can think of. They’ll do it right and for a reasonable price.
I was so happy to find an alternative place to service my ski’s. They do great work, keep you informed and save you money.

I brought this thing in and it wouldn’t even start...by the time they got done with it, it was running like a brand new quad. Dave even took me on a detailed walk through to show me exactly what he did which was very helpful. And Rachel is the epitome of customer service. Oh, and did I mention they did all this for way less than what the competition wanted from me? I’m never going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommended.
