Very rude, went in for a tube change and 4 bikes worth of oil. Was greeted upon walking in, said here for tube change collected the oil and waited... on nobody. There was 2 business looking gentalmen talking about flying over iran... how does that pertain to business? Anyway i waited awhile for there conversation to continue to go no where, just to be ignored until walking out, then was told to just leave the tire behind as i walked out. Don't go there! We ended up taking our machine in twice because it was never fixed the first time, they told us that the machine was going bad that there was a rod tapping. Come to find out we took it to a good place and it is not a rod at all it is a belt that was missing a third of it. We kept telling them there was a noise at the bottom of machine and they kept telling us it was a rod. Don't ever go here and especially do not go to the service department.
These guys take care of their customers, I bought my YFZ450R from them new and they've done a great job of taking care of me and keeping me going. Great job guys, you've got a long term customer!
