Stepson bought an Audi from this dealer. 84 days later he has no title and this dealer is not in a hurry to obtain it for him. Filing with Department of Revenue. Civil suit to follow if no resolution. Feel like dealer took advantage of 19 year old kid. Bad business practice.
It's ok if you can work strictly with Andrew and not the lady in the office. He tries hard to make cars and finance work. Went in quiet a few weeks ago gave them a list of vehicles I was interested in, only one would work, but to make it work more money would be added to the price some acquision fees or something. I called back to get final price, guess the office lady never told anyone I called. It's a ok place.
